She has developed an expertise in individual and couples therapy . She provides service to clients aged 14 years and up. Lynda also offers clinical supervision to social workers and registered psychotherapists.

Vicky Vopni M.S.W, R.S.W

Vicki has been in the counselling field for over 19 years. She has experience counselling children, adolescents, adults and families around trauma related issues in a health care setting. In addition to her private practice, her employment history and experience includes working in a hospital Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre for over 17 years. Vicki is not currently accepting new clients

Helen Vozinidis M.S.W, R.S.W

Helen describes her practice as a safe place that honors, respects and gives voice to painful experiences. She believes everyone has the ability to heal and discover that even one’s vulnerabilities often unveil innate personal strength and resilience. Monica Duffy M.S.W., R.S.W.

Monica has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults over the past 30 years in her roles at Toronto hospitals, TDSB, community settings and in her private practice. She has advanced training, experience and interest in the areas of eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, self harm, OCD, grief and more. Monica will focus on your strengths and work collaboratively to achieve your goals for a more positive path forward in a warm, empathic safe space. Her approach draws on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, ERP and narrative therapies with the goal to promote self-awareness, healing and growth.

Megan is passionate about journeying alongside you and to help the unmanageable become a little more manageable. Her highest priority is to offer a warm and non-judgmental space where you can experience healing, insight and change. Megan works with pre-teens, teens, adults and couples.

Believing that relationships are key to healing, MaryAnne strives to create an accepting and collaborative space where individuals and couples feel safe to be their authentic selves and work together towards meaningful change and growth.

Monica McArthur BFA, B.ED

Monica McArthur is an R.P. (Q) and an Art Therapist. She graduated from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, and she works with clients aged 10 years and up. She has a particular interest and expertise in treating teens, young adults and families. Monica integrates DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused and Narrative informed approaches into her art and talk therapy sessions.
